This site is dedicated to the legendary Olympus Trip 35 camera.
Olympus made 10 million of these between 1967 and 1984. They were incredibly popular because of their ease of use and superb picture quality. And they don’t even need batteries - that bubbled glass thing round the lens is a selenium cell that powers the light meter.
Basically all you need to do is set the aperture ring to A, roughly set the focus and the start snapping!
Now Trip 35’s are finding new followers who have been drawn to the cameras for their ace vintage design, low cost and tough build.
